Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused drill bits or tooling in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to UK Drills
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
